Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use vietnamcom.homes and the services Vietnamcom Concrete offers through it. You accept them when you use the site, call the number on it or send a form. This page is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Vietnamcom Concrete is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp, seal or install concrete. We are not a party to any contract you sign with a provider.

Providers Stand Alone

The providers you reach are independent businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, direct or control them. We make no promise about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get a written estimate.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They are not quotes, and they vary by job. Confirm details with a qualified provider and your local permit office.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it or try to get into it without permission.

Calls and Messages

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request. That contact can be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop hearing from us, email contact@vietnamcom.homes at any time.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Vietnamcom Concrete or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our permission.

Limits on Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within it, Vietnamcom Concrete is not liable for loss or damage that comes from your use of this site, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
