We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not resolve things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office, your attorney general or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help when a provider is licensed.
