How Our Network Works

Who you talk to

You talk to an independent local concrete provider. Not a Vietnamcom Concrete crew. We refer. They pour. Each provider runs their own business and sets their own prices and schedule.

What happens on the first conversation

Expect questions. What are you building? How big is it? What is there now? Is the house older? Have there been past patches or drainage problems? Short answers are fine. Photos help.

The provider may offer a site visit. Many need one to write a firm quote. Availability varies. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What to ask a provider

Keep the list short and practical:

  • What will the base look like, and how deep?
  • How thick is the slab? Will it have reinforcement?
  • How will you handle joints and drainage?
  • What happens to the old slab and who hauls it?
  • Does the job need a permit?
  • What sealer or finish do you suggest?
  • How long before I can drive or walk on it?
  • Is the quote in writing?

Older house? Say it early

Old frame houses and bungalows can hide trouble. A past patch. Soft soil near a wall. A slab that has settled. Tell the provider. If you see cracks in the foundation wall, ask whether you need to consult foundation repair experts before new flatwork goes in.

You are in control

You can ask questions. You can compare quotes. You can say no. Nothing about a request is binding. Take your time before you sign.
